Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it, with refunds provided to the credit card used for purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do best to accommodate your request.
Returns:
We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we happily offer a 30 day return period in which you can return any physical product for any reason. We are unable to provide refunds for any digital product as they cannot be returned.
If the item and its packaging are in original condition we will give a full refund, minus the original shipping cost, no questions asked!
If an item is returned and is not in its original condition, is damaged, or miss parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned after the 30 days, we may issue a partial refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return an item, unless the product is defective.
